I served Chicken medallions sauteed with white wine, white truffle oil, Alea Hawaiian sea salt, garlic, and cream, then topped with a blueberry-lime sauce. Perfectly balanced on the palate and Deliciiousss!! Enjoy.

I served gigantic Sea Scallops, seasoned with olive oil, lemon, cilantro, and dill, wrapped with capocollo and topped with a fresh pomegranate cream sauce. Sides were proper servings of garlic infused broccoli and whole grain rice.. Deliciiousss!
