I served gigantic Sea Scallops, seasoned with olive oil, lemon, cilantro, and dill, wrapped with capocollo and topped with a fresh pomegranate cream sauce. Sides were proper servings of garlic infused broccoli and whole grain rice.. Deliciiousss!
